Our handmade crochet moses baskets are lovingly handmade to the highest quality and have been independently tested by a UKAS accredited lab to ensure they meet British and European safety standard BS EN 1466:2014 + AC:2015. They have also passed flammability testing meaning our baskets are safety certified and stunning.
Baskets are made from a recycled jumbo cotton cord and this cord is crocheted directly into a 6mm thick wooden base. The cord used also meets OEKO-TEX Standard 100 requirements. This means that the cord has been lab tested to ensure it doesn't contain over 100 known harmful substances meaning that it is perfect for making our baskets for your little one.
Each moses basket comes fully assembled and includes a hypoallergenic mattress, a machine washable basket liner and a decorative tassel.

Baskets can also be personalised with a name or personal quote laser cut into the wooden basket base (limited to 30 characters). There is an additional cost of £15.00 for personalisation and this will increase turnaround time due to the base needing to be individually manufactured. This product is intended for an infant who cannot sit unaided, roll over or push up on its hands and knees, with a maximum weight of 9kg.
Only use replacement parts supplied or approved by the manufacturer.
Do not place the carry cot near an open fire or other source of strong heat.
A mattress measuring 74cm x 34cm x 4cm has been provided with the carry cot.
The handles and the bottom of the carry cot should be inspected regularly for signs of damage and wear.
If the carry cot is to be used with a stand, then it shall be checked that the stand is of appropriate size to accommodate the base of the carry cot. The carry cot base measures 76cm x 36cm. The stand should conform to BS EN 1466:2014.
The carry cot comes fully assembled and includes a basket liner and a mattress. The basket liner should be in place at all times whilst the child is inside the carry cot.
The head of the child in the carry cot should never be lower than the body of the child.
Do not add another mattress on top of the mattress provided, only one mattress to be used at a time.
Please use both handles to carry and transport the carry cot and never carry your infant in the carry cot.

Basket
The basket itself is wipe clean only with a damp cloth (please do not use any cleaning chemicals/sprays).
Basket liner
The basket liner is fully removable and machine washable at 40°C.
Please do not tumble dry or iron.
Mattress
The mattress has fully removable covers that are machine washable at 40°C.
Please do not tumble dry or iron and ensure completely dry before re-use.
